Le processus d’injection de cimentation

Le processus d’injection de cimentation ou sol-ciment est connu comme une stabilisation sol-ciment. Le sol autour du forage est érodé à l’aide d’un jet d’eau de haute pression ou de suspension de ciment avec une vitesse de buse de sortie de 100 m/sec (éventuellement en suspension dans l’air). Le sol érodé est réorganisé et mélangé au ciment en suspension. Le mélange sol-ciment est partiellement éjecté dans l’espace annulaire entre la tige de jet de cimentation et le forage. Des configurations géométriques différentes des éléments Soilcrete sont possibles. La distance d’érosion de l’injection varie selon le type de sol et les fluides d’injection utilisés, et peut atteindre un diamètre de 5 mètres.

The work involved the execution of a waterproof bottom slab with Jet-grouting columns, along the future track path situated between diaphragm walls performed for the excavation. Once the columns were tested, we proceeded to design the required distribution and type sections.

The soil improvement treatment executed by Jet grouting type I, was carried out to avoid possible terrain settling brought about by the TBM ground excavation during the execution of the metro tunnel. For that reason, Jet grouting columns with inverted V shape, were deployed in almost the whole surface to be treated, the only modification applied being the inclination of the columns.
